These terms govern your use of 8 Bet — our platform, all betting products, promotions, payments and account management. Please read them carefully. By registering and using 8 Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out here.

8 Bet is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and place bets. We verify age during account creation and reserve the right to request documents at any time.
Each player is permitted one account only at 8 Bet. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered in the account holder's real name.
8 Bet operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, withdrawals and winnings are all processed in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard.
All 8 Bet bonuses and promotional credits carry wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are stated clearly at the time of each offer and must be met in full.
Any attempt to manipulate odds, exploit system errors, use automated betting scripts or collude with other players will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds at 8 Bet.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player") and 8 Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing 8 Bet, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 8 Bet.
8 Bet is an online betting and gaming platform operated under its licensing arrangement and directed primarily at players located in Pakistan. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The symbol Rs is used throughout 8 Bet to represent PKR.
These Terms apply to all products offered on 8 Bet including sports betting, PSL betting, cricket betting, online casino, virtual sports and Ludo games. Additional product-specific rules may apply to individual sections of the platform and will be stated clearly within those sections. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule takes precedence for that product only.
8 Bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes via the email address on their account. Continued use of 8 Bet after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and hold an account on 8 Bet you must:
Each individual person may hold only one active account on 8 Bet. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. 8 Bet uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances, including pending withdrawals, may be forfeited.
8 Bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable regulations. We may request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or when our compliance team flags a transaction for review. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8 Bet login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 8 Bet will never ask for your full password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any bets placed on your account before you notify 8 Bet of a security breach are your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your 8 Bet account, is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
8 Bet accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by 8 Bet, though your payment provider may have its own daily transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your 8 Bet wallet instantly in most cases. In rare instances of payment processing delays, credits may take up to two hours. If your deposit has not been credited within two hours, contact 8 Bet support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount at 8 Bet is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed within two to five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for IBFT bank transfers.
8 Bet does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. All withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld pending the submission of required documents.
Real-money deposits (not bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus bets are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before they become withdrawable. 8 Bet clearly displays remaining wagering requirements in your account dashboard.

All bets placed on 8 Bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. 8 Bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts suspected of arbitrage activity or abuse. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation screen and a unique bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed if you do not see this confirmation.
The minimum stake on any single market at 8 Bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by sport, event and market type. Maximum win limits per single bet are stated within the platform at the time of bet placement. Accumulator bets carry their own separate maximum payout limits which are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
Live in-play markets at 8 Bet are subject to brief suspension during key match moments — wickets in cricket, goals in football and other significant events. This is standard industry practice to allow odds to recalibrate. Any bets placed immediately before a suspension, where the outcome is already known to the market, may be voided at 8 Bet's discretion.
If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned before the minimum viable result threshold — as defined by the sport's governing body and the DLS method for cricket — all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets placed after the DLS minimum threshold is met, official match results will be used for settlement. Specific abandonment rules for PSL matches follow PCB official guidelines.
8 Bet operates with best-effort odds pricing, but occasional technical errors may result in incorrect odds being displayed. Where a bet is placed on an obvious pricing error — defined as odds that are demonstrably and materially different from the true market price — 8 Bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. This applies even after the event has settled.
If you notice an odds error on 8 Bet before placing your bet, please report it via live chat. Do not attempt to take advantage of the error — deliberately placing bets on known pricing mistakes is treated as an abuse of the platform.
New 8 Bet players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 5,000 in bonus funds. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via different registrations will result in all associated accounts being closed.
All bonuses at 8 Bet carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
Bonus funds at 8 Bet can be wagered on sports betting, cricket, PSL and virtual sports markets. Casino games and Ludo contribute at different rates to wagering requirements — the specific contribution rate for each product is displayed in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
8 Bet actively monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse, including placing low-risk hedged bets across multiple accounts, using bonus funds solely on high-odds selections designed to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional mechanics in ways that were clearly not intended. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may have their accounts suspended.
Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate in your 8 Bet wallet. Real money is used first on all bets. Bonus funds will only be used once your real money balance reaches zero. This ensures your deposited funds are always protected.
All casino games at 8 Bet — slots, live dealer tables, roulette, baccarat and others — are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are statistically random, independently audited and cannot be influenced by 8 Bet, its operators or any player. Historical outcomes have no bearing on future results in any RNG game at 8 Bet.
Virtual sports events at 8 Bet run every two to five minutes around the clock and are resolved by certified RNG. All virtual event markets close at the moment the event begins. No in-play betting is available on virtual events. Bets placed before the start countdown reaches zero are final and will be settled according to the simulated event result.
In the event that a player's internet connection is interrupted during a casino game or virtual sports session, bets already confirmed and recorded on 8 Bet servers will be settled according to the game outcome as determined by our servers. 8 Bet is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
Real-money Ludo at 8 Bet follows the standard Pakistani Ludo ruleset. Players may participate in two-player or multi-player formats as available. The entry fee (stake) for each Ludo game is deducted from the player's real-money balance at the time of joining a game room. Players may not use bonus funds to enter paid Ludo rooms.
If a player disconnects during a live Ludo game, the platform will hold their position for a defined reconnection window. If the player does not reconnect within this window, the remaining game will be handled by an automated process or forfeited depending on the game format. Entry fees are non-refundable once a Ludo game has started.
Collusion between Ludo players — for example, deliberately losing to benefit another player's winnings — is prohibited on 8 Bet. Any accounts found to be colluding will be suspended and winnings forfeited. Use of bots, scripts or third-party software to assist Ludo gameplay is also strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 8 Bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:
8 Bet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally. Where fraudulent activity is detected, we will report it to the relevant authorities and provide all account and transaction data requested under applicable law.
8 Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling or any other conduct that puts the platform or other players at risk. During a suspension, access to the account, depositing and withdrawals may all be restricted.
Players may request the closure of their 8 Bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@8bet-jit.net. On receipt of a closure request, 8 Bet will process any remaining real-money balance (minus bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) to your last registered withdrawal method within five business days.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 8 Bet will contact the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to cover administrative costs. Players can reactivate their account at any time by logging in. The inactivity fee will not reduce a balance below zero.

Payment credentials are tokenised — we do not store raw card numbers, full mobile wallet details or bank account numbers on our platform. Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
8 Bet does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.
8 Bet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs reliably, 24-hour uptime cannot be guaranteed. 8 Bet accepts no liability for losses arising from:
8 Bet's maximum liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the calendar month in which the relevant event occurred. In no circumstances will 8 Bet be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.
8 Bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will receive advance notice to their registered email address not less than seven days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be accessible on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.
For minor changes — including clarifications, typographical corrections or changes that are beneficial to players — 8 Bet may update these Terms without advance notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must stop using 8 Bet and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
